Welcome to Belief Coding with Linda Lloyd

Many of us have beliefs and limitations which hold us back.

 

For example, “I’m not good enough”, “I’m not confident”, “I’m afraid of failing”, “I’m an anxious person”, “My relationships are difficult”, “I can’t afford that”, “I have so much stress”, “I’d be happy if only I had…….”

 

These negative beliefs are formed by past experiences. Belief Coding can help to transform limiting beliefs and behaviours by enabling those experiences to be processed in a different and more helpful way, so they no longer hold the same power over us in the present. 

 

Belief Coding is a new modality which uses elements of many different therapies. It can be helpful in dealing with many issues, such as anxiety, depression, confidence, phobias, stress, unwanted behaviours or habits.

 

It can be helpful if someone feels “stuck” in some way, unable or unsure about how to move on from their current feelings or situation. This may be due to anxiety, confidence, grief, pain, or many other reasons.
